Group 1 Automotive Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOUSTON, Aug. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Group 1 Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: GPI), an international, Fortune 500 automotive retailer, today announced that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per share for the second quarter of 2015.  The dividend, which represents an increase of 5.0 percent, or $0.01 per share, from the first quarter of 2015, will be payable on September 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 1, 2015.
